I run Mozilla on my Debian "Sarge" box and it runs Java just fine -- you
just have to tell it where the java plugin is at...

While the directions are probably not exactly the same, you probably can
adapt from these...

Locate your mozilla installation directory -- I run daily versions of
Mozilla, so mine is in /usr/local/bin. Not sure where it is on Mandrake
-- I'd try /bin or /usr/bin (or just check where the shortcut is
pointing to via the menu editor).

You should have a "plugins" directory -- create a link named
"libjavaplugin_oji.so" in the plugins directory and point it to the file
of the same name in the jre/plugin/i386/ns610/ directory of your Java
installation.

Restart Mozilla and check Help->About Plugins and you should find it
listed there.
