http://www.intel.com/software/products/compilers/cwin/eval.htm.  A good
compiler, but still with some conformance issues.  If you can live with
the 30 day limited time usage this may be a better solution right now. 
Once Everret is in the .Net Framework SDK, however, I think you'd be
better off with MS again.
