[olug] Japan may drop Windows to boost security - paper

I don't know if anyone else has seen this but I thought it might be of 
interest to some of you. I found it on the page where I go to check 
stocks in the Telecom and  IT sectors. It's beginning to look like OSS 
is gaining ground with governments because of MS's lack of security and 
licensing issues. The European union, from what I understand, is also 
recommending that OSS  be deployed.
