I've got one that may or may not be in working order that I used for my K6-2
200. You can have it (for free, even) if you want it. I can't remember why
I swapped this board out, either a fried processor forced me to upgrade, in
which case you would want it, or the IDE controller went out, in which case
I don't know if you want to bother with it.

OK, I was working on my brother-in-law's Gateway e400 (K6-2 400, MicroATX
MB w/video and sound built in, 64M memory). Logged onto gateway's website
and entered his serial number, gives me a list of all the driver
downloads, etc. Great. I see there's a bios update. Great. Download the
bios update and flash the bios. Great. Machine reboots, no video. Not so
great. Call Gateway tech, find out it's the wrong bios! Really not so
great. Thank you gateway's web site for pointing me to the wrong bios.

So anyway, I'm in the market for a microatx mb that will take an AMD K6-2
400MHz processor. I've found nothing on the new motherboard sites (too
old) and have been disappointed with ebay so far (either all AT or too
expensive ($100?? no thanks)). Also tried Computer Renaissance in La
Vista, they expressed extreme doubt in being able to find me such a
motherboard.

So I ask: anyone have any suggestions where I can find such a beast? Built
in video/sound would be nice, but not 100% necessary. If you have one on
hand, I'm willing to buy/sell/trade. My collection probably isn't as
extensive as Phil's, but I've got some interesting stuff laying around my
basement :-)

Thanks in advance.
