regular syslog wont do that fo you. If seperate files per host is a
requirement, you should checkout syslog-ng

http://www.balabit.hu/en/downloads/syslog-ng/

It has much more flexible configuration options that will allow you to
filter on such things as hostname, etc...


Or use the example given previously ( write a utility to split the file
after they have been written to a single file. )
