[olug] qmail or sendmail - behind Cox of course...

Actually, I have used others in the past, I just don't see what the big
negative fuss is about sendmail. Yeah, sendmail.cf is horribly complicated,
that's why you're not supposed to edit it directly. A quick change to
sendmail.mc and a run through m4 and you're good to go.

You are really only saying that because you haven't set up anything else
but sendmail =).

I'm using Postfix and it's wonderful -- the install is easy, and the
configuration is even easier.  The config files make sense (which is
more than I can say for sendmail.cf) and it's waaay more secure than
sendmail.  And it's a lot faster (on my machine anyway).

Postfix, in goal and usage, is about the same as Qmail.  Both of them
are quality.  I use Postfix because that's what I downloaded first!
