[olug] New COX managed network bad for Linux

It looks like it is the address for the modem it's self.  That would make sense.

The username?  Nothing special was said about it except that the password may change someday.  It was provided during a
support call so I could check the noise level on my line if I suspected I had trouble.  If they don't want it to be
used, they shouldn't be freely giving it out.
