[olug] New COX managed network bad for Linux

Word has it the change will happen tomorrow.  Unfortunately I think we'll
have to wait until it happens to find out the truth :(

Somehow I think we'll be getting IP numbers someplace under 68.0.0.0/12 -
do a whois on 68.1.17.2 (the IP number for pop.*.cox.net) and you'll see
that Cox owns that netblock.

What I want to know is: how often will our IP number assignment change?
