Not necessarily.  It depends on the contents of /etc/hosts.deny.

I think you mean 192.168.1.101.

169.192.1.101 is part of Sprint's dial-up network :)

SSL itself isn't a protocol - it's used by the ftp and telnet daemons, as
well as many others, to encrypt the data stream.

Use ftp or ssh.  They're the simplest.
