[olug] dhcpcd problem

I'd recommend borrowing one of a different brand to see if it works.  It might 
not help anything.

Is it possible you have a dhcp server (dhcpd) running on the same interface as 
the dhcp client (dhcpcd) that is supplying the 192.168.100 address?
