Well first they went broke, then they split up. Jello talked about it
when he was in Lincoln a number of years ago. The obscenity charge
should be seen as an honor, for instance the poet was charged with
obscenity for his book of poems The Flowers of Evil (pretty darned
obscene - yeah right) and he went broke defending himself in court over
a hundred years ago. Too bad to hear the rest of the band is suing. They
should be able to sue the real culprit of their demise and current
misery, Tipper and her buddies. That would be way cool.
