That's a tough question, having never seen it.

Start with the basics then see how far we can go.

If they're requested.  There's *a lot* of more basic stuff that people
will want to go over, as we have a lot of new people at this point in
time.

It hasn't been canceled that I've seen.

Yes.

Not hard at all.  They have DHCP set up & internet connectivity through a
DSL line.

> 4) How early should I come to get setup?

Your call.  I would do as much as possible before you arrive (or, before
the meeting starts, at least) unless you want to adlib like I do :)

> 5) How long should I be prepared to talk?

As long as you want.  Typically meetings are 1 1/2 hours long.

> 6) Why did no one respond to personal emails?  Was I filtered out?
