Ok, I posted this to the RedHat Mailing list and got a
bunch of answers that to me didn't pan out.

First, some background: I used to run SuSE 7.0/Win2K
on the same hard drive but something happened to crash
the Win2K, so I got a new hard drive an switched from
SuSE and installed RedHat 7.1 on it own, and Win2K has
its own, and changed the FS from FAT32 to NTFS.

SuSE was able to see the files on FAT32, which was
cool, cause I didn't have to boot into WIN2K, except
for some extreme reason. Does Linux has something
that I can mount the WIN2K drive and read/write to
files on it? Some say I will only be able to read the
files, if I write to them, this could really screw up
WIN2k. Others have said the 2.4.7 kernel would
support this?

your thoughts...
