If you're using Mozilla or Opera, there's a preference which disables pop-up
windows and other annoyances.  Mozilla still sucked the last time I tried
it, so here's another route command to use:

route add -host 64.85.92.20 reject
or
route add -host 64.85.92.20 gw 127.0.0.1
