Once you have the ISO image you can use rsync to fix it up.  rsync will
examine the ISO on your side and the ISO on the Debian rsync server's side.
It will only send you data for those portions of your ISO which do not
match.  The instructions that come with the pseudo image kit tell all.  You
can find it at "http://cdimage.debian.org/~costar/pseudo-image-kit/".

Also, double check that the MD5SUM value you are using actually
corresponds to the ISO you downloaded.  For example, Debian 2.2r2
binary 1 will have a different MD5SUM than Debian 2.2r0.
