[olug] Meeting Subject?

OK, yet another new month has snuck up and bit me in the ass. I am 
currently in the great state of Wisconsin looking out over Lake Michigan, 
and I will not be back into town until Wednesday nite. Brian, if you're 
reading this, let me know if you can make it Tuesday nite, and if so, I 
will make sure the lab is opened up.

If tomorrow's meeting doesn't work, I'd like to plan another meeting 
before the InstallFest to finalize the details. How about the old date of 
the 3rd Thursday (Dec 20)? Same time, same place.

We have talked at the last few meetings about having short tutorials going 
on during the day of the installfest. Some topics that were discussed 
were:

How to configure dial up internet access
Sharing files with windows
Basic networking
Games
Sharing your internet connection with linux
Setting up an email client
        Kmail, Evolution, Mozilla
Browsing the web
        plugins - Java, Flash, plugger
Package Management

What we're looking for is a short 15-20 minutes on each one of these, 
with a one-sheet bullet-point hand out that everyone can take with them. 
We need ideas for new subjects and volunteers to handle these.

Also please make sure you get the fliers out to as many places as 
possible. I will be calling some more businesses this week to look for 
higher level sponsorship (Barnes and Noble, Borders, etc).
