[olug] Progeny is a virus . . . . . ?!?

Well, Progeny has worked good for me. I like the newer
Xserver, the install is good, of course I've only
installed once.
Also, Debian's Gnome is old! I can't just apt-get the
newer Gnome but Progeny has it. Although Prongeny
uses GRUB which takes some getting use to but its been
weeks since a reboot for some new hardware I believe.
I should just go back to lilo
The only complaint would be to get the 2.4 Kernel in
the stable version. I know Adrian Bunk has packages
from the unstable but I want to test it for a week
when I get my parts for my development system. I'm
talking about a workstation that shouldn't be
unstable.

But use what works for you (as long as it isn't
Windows)
