[olug] PHP/Permission Problem

Okay, stupid question. I want to create a settings.inc file for a PHP
project Im working on. This file needs to be accessed by the rest of my
PHP code, but not be accessible to Joe Sixpack's browser.

What permissions should I set on the settings.inc file?
