[OLUG] mouse wheel

everything. that's all I did before, and it worked. you have to add it in
with the mouse settings, and you also have to set the protocol to IMPS/2.
But, it doesn't work with KDE, and imwheel scrolls too fast, so I kinda need
another way of doing it.
