Well, I'd tend to agree with them - it's kinda rude to point browsers to
another, especially commercial, website.  They have to pay the bandwidth and
server time to send it, but noone sees their advertising to make up for
that.

That being said, it's pretty trivial for Cox to block things like this, by
checking Referer tags, and thus avoid the whole mess in the first place.
There was an article on one of the Linux websites the other day showing how
to do this very thing on Apache.
