libstdc++ 2.10

This is where I got the Netscape from:

ftp://ftp3.netscape.com/pub/communicator/english/
4.75/unix/supported/linux22/navigator_standalone/
navigator-v475-us.x86-unknown-linux2.2.tar.gz

I'll check the ld.so.conf file.
