[olug] Meeting Flyer

Okay, I've had a very busy month and only just managed to get the flyer
for this meeting done. I still haven't had time to figure out have to
use LyX yet (busy month again), but the file is in PNG format.

A few notes:
- If anyone sees any glaring errors, let me know.  Third Sunday of the
month is 20 August, 9 days away.
- Neet help getting this to the local college campuses... if you can do
it, great.
