[olug-colo] Equinix Contact

I'm talking to a guy from Equinix (International Business Exchange) in
Chicago about certain aspects of facilities and connectivity and also HVAC
and Power.

I may be able to purchase some Liebert and Mitsubishi equipment from him for
a good price when we get to that point.

I'll be talking to him about Telco related stuff in the mean time, and see
if there is a way where we can get ourselves a dirt cheap local loop, thats
whats killing us on these quotes.
He may also have some other resources that i am unaware of, we'll see.
