My time is very tight for the next month.   I do think some of the reasons
my time is tight ATM will be of benefit to the project.

Whats the status on the legal bs?

I would like to start talking to Sprint as Cox sales has dropped all
communications so far(until I show up at Fox and Hound with 5 redbulls in my
system)
When Sprint is contacted I would like to be able to say that we are a legal
entity, and we can then present Sprint a grant proposal or whatever.


Monies:
     I know it costs money to file the paperwork, how much? 500ish depending
on who does it?
