[olug-colo] Sprint POP two buildings away from 11111

Now, I know we are trying to keep things simple and cheap, the Cox fiber is
already there.
However, I thought that we (at some point)<-- may want to look into Sprint
as one of our carriers.

A Sprint POP is two buildings away from 11111 M Street, that cuts down on
local loop charges significantly in an overall quote.
I am going to seek a quote from them.
