They don't know if they are going to lightup the building yet we are going to be leasing two more offices in there soon though.
I wish they would!

Yep, that's the ConAgra Enterprise Technology Services Center.  From
what I gathered job-shadowing there ConAgra's entire IT operation is
on site.  They've even got dual 10Gb links coming right into the
building, so there's certainly an abundance of fiber in the area.
It's an incredible facility, but it's all ConAgra, no reselling.  No
hope of a sublease or cage.

I know West and a few other companies have offices on the premises, so
I have no doubt they've got some nice pipes.  The main problem I see
with that campus is that it's all big names, so we'd either get
laughed out of the room or pay big money for a suite.

Charles, have your bosses expressed any more interest in lighting up
that old NG building?  If we could get a deal similar to $100/mo on
space we might be able to pitch in to get the fiber in from the
street. (Granted, I have no idea how much that would cost, other than
hearing that it's ludicrously expensive)
