If I remember correctly Phil is currently the leader of the physical infrastructure team, so feel free to jump on board with them (and by them I mean pretty much everyone.  We assumed correctly that everyone would want into that group.)

Aric's the lead for fundraising, so shoot your ideas at him.  As for software, I guess that would fall under the technical (physical infrastructure) team for now.
