[olug-colo] The Legal Mumbo-Jumbo

Sounds great, thanks to everyone who's volunteering for on-call.

And back on the subject of Legal mumbo jumbo, we need to do two things:

a) Find a lawyer who's willing to help us either for free or at
severely reduced cost (Any lawyers on the OLUG list?)
b) Figure out whether we want a corporation or an LLC.  I have two
sets of Articles, one for nonprofit organization and one for a generic
LLC.

I'll assume that everyone who listed their name and address wants to
be either a manager or a Director, depending on which entity we
choose.
