We should assume a 1U server should require  1amp at 120V.  So instead of charging seperately for power we'll include 1amp with every U of space.  If anyone needs more power we'll figure out overage fees as soon as we get a hard quote from Pinpoint.

I guess variable load of system would cause skew of figures.
